José Alaniz, professor in the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures and the Department of Cinema and Media Studies (adjunct) at the University of Washington, Seattle, has published two monographs, Komiks: Comic Art in Russia (University Press of Mississippi, 2010) and Death,

C. R. Grimmer is a poet and scholar from Southeast Michigan's Metro-Detroit area. C. R. received their Ph.D. in Literature and Cultural Studies at the University of Washington (UW) as well as their M.F.A. in Creative Writing and M.A.

Kenworthy's work sits at the intersections of medical anthropology, public health, and politics. She has been working and conducting research in southern Africa (Lesotho and South Africa, primarily) since 2005.

Sara Goering is Professor of Philosophy, Core Faculty for the Program on Ethics, and the Disability Studies Program. She is adjunct in the Department of Bioethics and Humanities. She co-leads the ethics thrust at the UW Center for Neurotechnology.

Daniel Stofleth is a PhD graduate of the Department of Communication. His research in the fields of interpersonal and health communication has been presented at conferences and published in academic articles.

Paul Tubig was a 2018 Mellon Collaborative Fellow for Reaching New Publics, a 2021 Mellon Collaborative Fellow, and is currently an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Georgia Southern University. 

Sofia Huerter was a 2019 Mellon Collaborative Fellow for Reaching New Publics with Justin Lawson

Raphaëlle Rabanes is a 2022-2023 Society of Scholars Fewllo. She is an assistant professor of sociocultural anthropology at the University of Washington Seattle.

In addition to her dissertation research in Art History, Or Vallah is a fellow in the Disability Studies Program at UW.
