In this project, we will build bridges between the Disability Studies Program and other UW departments that are not currently represented in Disability Studies activities on campus. Building these bridges will be accomplished through a colloquium series that brings “ambassadors” of Disability Studies to units currently unaffiliated with the Disability Studies Program. We will also pilot a cross-disciplinary Disability Studies graduate student writing group.
