Calendar Request Form

Please use the below form to request that we share an event to our calendar. Many of the events in our calendar are included in our weekly newsletter. We recommend you check out the newsletter to familiarize yourself with how we promote upcoming events.

Important Note on Calendar Images

Including an image is an essential part of helping us share your event. When selecting an image, it is very important that you select a primary image instead of a flyer. Images can be of the speaker, a piece of art, a photograph, and even just a logo. Flyers will not be readable on our calendar and are not accessible for our site users. Thank you!

For Event Type:

In the calendar, the “Event type” should never be “academics.” This option is to be used for UW-wide academic deadlines, not events.
