HAPTICS Study Group

A graduate research group dedicated to the collective study of the haptic: the science and technology of transmitting and understanding information through touch. Approaching the haptic from the study of sound and media, the senses, perception, and affect, as well as its affordances for the study of literature and art, culture, and society, we seek to read and discuss together, and hold remote workshops with important scholars.
