Critical Theory and New Social Ecologies: Developing Praxis for Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia

In our collaboration, we are collaboratively seeking solutions to the problems we observe in Eastern Europe (including Russia) and Central Asia, and within their diasporas abroad. We are developing action-oriented scholarship that is grounded in ethical principles and critical epistemologies. Through the application of critical theory are developing and applying methods that are mindful of people’s well-being, of our social, cultural, informational, and built environments, as well as our impacts on more-than-human life.
