Collaborations in the Environmental Humanities

This research cluster leverages environmental expertise at UW toward collaboration among graduate students of the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of the Environment. Members will build conversation across the environmental humanities, which encompasses the study of how human beings and societies are ecologically situated in relation to non-human organisms. By developing an interdisciplinary network of scholars interested in environmental issues, the cluster aims to foster cross-campus exploration of key topics in environmental research and help establish institutional support for the environmental humanities at UW.
