Kate Krieg serves as the Executive Director of Guided Pathways at Seattle Central College. Guided Pathways is the student success framework for Washington State's 34 community and technical colleges. It is focused on achieving sustained, radical, and equity-minded change through collaborations among faculty, staff, and students.

Kate has more than 12 years of experience in higher education, including teaching and administration in Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. In addition to sharing insights about higher education, she is happy to discuss cooking, traveling, and dogs.
