A Celebration of 25 Years of the Simpson Center and a Legacy of Leadership

Please join us in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Walter Chapin Simpson Center for the Humanities on December 4, 2025, from 3:30–5:00 pm in the Walker-Ames Room, Kane Hall 225. Brief remarks will begin at 4:00 pm. RSVP here.

Winter 2026 Funding

The Simpson Center will soon begin accepting proposals for fellowship support in two major categories: to develop new approaches to humanities research to meet the moment, and to design and pursue projects in the digital humanities. We also invite nominations for our Annual Digital Humanities Lecture.

Proposals and nominations are due on Friday, February 6, 2026. Learn more here.
