Digital Humanities Summer Institute 2017 Attendees

The Simpson Center for the Humanities announces its support for the 2017 Digital Humanities Summer Institute at the University of Victoria, British Columbia. Six teams totaling twenty people will travel from the University of Washington for the June 2017 institute.

The Simpson Center has been a sponsor of the institute for six years. For the third year, it is also partnering with the Northwest Five Consortium—Lewis & Clark College, Reed College, University of Puget Sound, Whitman College, and Willamette University—which enhances students’ experience at these liberal arts colleges through development of faculty as teacher-scholars. Selected faculty from the consortium will also receive sponsorships to attend the DHSI.
